Returns

We operate a very simple and transparent returns policy, making things fair for everyone! Please take a minute to read our Terms of Returns below and feel free to contact us to clarify anything.

Pre-Delivery Returns

If you wish to cancel your order anytime before dispatch, you can do without penalty, please just email or call us as soon as possible, preferably within 4-5 working days of order being placed. If your order has alreay been dispatched and is cancelled in transit due to reasons beyond our (Sartra's) control, you will be liable to fair retuns charges. Please see Returns Charges below.

Post delivery Returns

We hope that you'll be pleased with your new furniture, but in the unlikely event that you are not, we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee, starting from the day after your furniture has been deliveredYou will be liable for all return costs, please see below for current rates, simply contact us as soon as possible and we can arrange collection at your convienience.

We do ask that you return the items in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Once the items have returned to our warehouse, we will inspect them, then start the refund process. Refunds normally only take a few days to process, but please allow upto 21 days from cancellation.

Damaged Items

All items are inspected thourougly before leaving our warehouse, but accidents do happen! Please check all packaging for any obvious damage, rips, tears etc, before signing for the delivery. If possible, open the packaging and check the item, or, clearly write on the delivery note any visible damaging to the packaging. In the unlikely even that you recieve an item damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will need your postcode and order number and ask you to take some photographs of the damage to send to us. From there, we will arrange with you a replacement item.

Currently our couriers rates are as follows:

► Pre-Despatch Cancellation: No Charge

► Confirmed Dispatch Pre-Delivery Cancellation: £29.00

► 7 Day No quibble Return: £40.00

► Damaged on Delivery: No Charge (subject to inspection)
